We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you believe you have been charged in error or are experiencing technical issues that prevent you from accessing your membership, please contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case. To update your payment method, please contact us at support@mydarkprofile.com and we will send you a secure link to update your card details through our payment processor Stripe.
After completing your trial and paying your $1.00 fee, you are offered the option to share your dark profile result on social media. If you share, your first full month is just $1 additional instead of $19.99. Your $19.99 monthly charge then begins on day 31 instead of day 8. You will receive a reminder on day 27.
Assessments and Results
Each assessment takes between 4 and 12 minutes depending on the test. The Dark Personality Profile takes approximately 4 minutes. The Attachment Wound Profile takes approximately 5 minutes. Answer honestly and without overthinking — instinctive responses are more revealing than considered ones.
91-94% of people who complete our assessments rate the results as accurate or uncomfortably accurate. Our assessments measure both what you answer and how quickly you answer — response timing reveals instinctive patterns that considered answers sometimes conceal. Dark Minds assessments are designed for self-reflection and entertainment purposes and are not clinical diagnostic tools.
Yes. You can retake any assessment at any time. Many members find it valuable to retake assessments after a few months to track how their self-awareness and patterns have shifted over time.
A new psychological assessment is added to the Dark Minds library on the 1st of each month. Active members receive an email notification when each new assessment is available.
Your Dark Minds certificate is available in your member dashboard. Click the Download Certificate button and your certified profile document will open in a new window where you can save or print it. Your certificate is yours permanently regardless of membership status.

Yes. Your Dark Minds membership is accessible on any device — phone, tablet, or computer. Access your dashboard by visiting mydarkprofile.com/dashboard from any browser and logging in with your email address.
If you are having trouble accessing your Dark Minds account, please email us at support@mydarkprofile.com with the email address you used to sign up. We will restore your access within 24 hours.
Your psychological data is private, encrypted, and never shared with third parties. Payment information is processed by Stripe using bank-level PCI-DSS compliant security. We never store your card details on our servers. Read more in our Privacy Policy.
Cancelling takes less than one minute. Visit our Cancellation Portal and follow the instructions. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
Your profile and results remain accessible until the end of your current billing period. We recommend downloading your certificate before your membership expires. If you reactivate your membership in the future your profile history will be restored.
